Heart Evangelista hailed Global Fashion Influencer of the Year

Metro Manila, Philippines - Filipina fashion icon Heart Evangelista continues to stun with her looks in the international scene as she bagged the Global Fashion Influencer of the Year award in Dubai.

She was recognized as an awardee during the EMIGALA Awards — a renowned annual fashion and beauty ceremony that celebrates influence of style in the global stage. It was held from April 22 to 23 this year.

“Grateful to be part of a night that celebrates beauty in its boldest, brightest form – thank you The Emigala for the honor,” the actress said on social media.

During the gala, Heart turned heads in a Michael Leyva white gown with embellished white pearls paired with a ribbon necklace by local jewelry designer Janina Dizon.

Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero showed support for his wife at the gala, sharing his awe for Heart’s latest recognition.

“Heart has never just dreamed, she's worked tirelessly to bring those dreams to life, and this recognition is a true testament to her unwavering commitment and love for fashion,” he said on social media.

“Watching you reach this milestone fills me with so much pride. I’m endlessly proud of you,” Escudero added.

Heart earlier this year also emerged as the top celebrity during Paris Haute Couture Week 2025, garnering $3.8M in media impact value according to Launchmetrics data.

She was also previously featured by known international lifestyle and fashion magazines like Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Vogue.
