UAAP Season 87 Cheerdance Competition set on Dec. 1

Metro Manila, Philippines — The UAAP Season 87 Cheerdance Competition is scheduled for Dec. 1 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The order of performance is yet to be determined and will be decided by a draw in a press conference that will be announced later.

"The UAAP CDC for this season promises bigger, better, and more spectacular performances from all eight schools as they prepare stronger, better, and together for one of the league's biggest events," tournament director Rod Roque said in a statement.

The Far Eastern University Cheering Squad will be aiming for its third title in four seasons.

Meanwhile, last season's runner-up National University Pep Squad is also vying for the most championships at eight, while the University of Santo Tomas Salinggawi Dance Troupe and the University of the Philippines Varsity Pep Squad will battle to break their tie at the top of the all-time standings.
