Nine Yolanda housing projects without water line

Over 20,000 families in Carles, Iloilo have no direct access to clean water. Over 8,000 of them, victims of super typhoon Yolanda back in 2013 and are beneficiaries of the National Housing Authority. But with no water supply for the houses, several units are now abandoned and in a state of disrepair. In part one of this special report, Gerg Cahiles tells us the plight of those who live in these houses and why these remain without water.
