Marcos slams foreign vlogger disrespectful prank
Metro Manila, Philippines - President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday condemned the actions of a foreign vlogger who allegedly harassed Filipinos in Taguig City, warning that the government will not tolerate content creators who disrespect locals in exchange for views.
Marcos posted the comment after Russian vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was arrested for reportedly filming disruptive pranks in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. The president was visibly upset by the incident.

He criticized vloggers who capitalize on annoying or offensive stunts to attract viewers, which reflects poorly on Filipino values.

He assured the public that the government will not tolerate such actions to continue, and concluded his vlog with a warning.
[Translation: We must stand up to bullies. The government is with you in putting these people in their place. I hope this serves as a lesson to anyone else thinking of coming to the Philippines to insult or make a joke out of our people.]
