Heart Evangelista, Pia Wurtzbach dazzle in Paris for Fashion Week

Metro Manila, Philippines – Kapuso fashion icon Heart Evangelista and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach have arrived in France to attend the Paris Fashion Week as Filipino style icons on the global stage.

Evangelista made her grand entrance by sharing a “resurrection video” on Instagram, capturing her and her team as they return to the fashion capital.

"Officially the start. Let’s do this," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Wurtzbach, fresh from her stint at Milan Fashion Week in Italy, shared a series of stunning photos of her first day in Paris.

"Back in Paris and feeling right at home at the @plaza_athenee! Can’t stay in one place for too long because, well, fashion is calling," the beauty queen and fashion influencer captioned her post.

Wurtzbach has been making waves in the fashion scene, regularly attending major fashion weeks and sitting front row at exclusive designer shows. In a previous interview with Vogue Philippines, she reflected on the experience of witnessing haute couture unfold before her eyes.

“It’s not just about attending glamorous events. I get to witness firsthand how different cultures, trends, and artistic influences shape fashion on a global scale. It’s like stepping into a melting pot of creativity where innovation and tradition collide," she shared.

Paris Fashion Week is one of the most prestigious events in the global fashion calendar. Held twice a year, it features haute couture, ready-to-wear, and menswear collections from the world’s top fashion houses, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Balenciaga, Givenchy, and Saint Laurent.

As the final stop in the “Big Four” fashion weeks - following New York, London, and Milan - Paris is considered the pinnacle of style, setting trends that define the industry for the coming seasons.

The event attracts renowned designers, celebrities, influencers, and fashion editors who gather to witness groundbreaking collections and avant-garde designs.
