Metro Manila, Philippines - Clint Escamis is returning to play his final year with the reigning NCAA champions Cardinals Mapua in Season 101.

"One last dance," he wrote in his Instagram post as he shared photos of his journey with Mapua.

Escamis helped the Cardinals end a 33-year title drought in the NCAA after sweeping the College of St. Benilde Blazers in the NCAA Season 100 finals. He was hailed the Finals Most Valuable Player with an average of 24 points, four assists, and four steals.

With Escamis back in the fold, the Cardinals are expected to remain as title favorites with the core of Cyrus Cuenco, Lawrence Mangubat, Chris Hubilla, and JC Recto.

The 24-year-old Escamis was initially undecided about his future, but he ultimately opted to stay with Mapua.
