Metro Manila, Philippines - Isabella Marie Gamez and Aleksandr Korovin settled for fourth place on Wednesday in the mixed pair skating event at the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin, China.

The Filipino duo posted a combined score of 155.62 points in the Short Program and Free Skating.

Ekaterina Geynish and Dmitrii Chigirev of Uzbekistan captured the gold with a total score of 176.43 points, while North Korea's Ryom Tae Ok and Han Kum Chol nabbed the silver with 168.88 points.

Meanwhile, Yuna Nagaoka and Sumitada Moriguchi of Japan took home the bronze medal with 168.35 points.

Korovin, who was born in Russia, was granted Filipino citizenship in December last year. He has been competing for the Philippines on the international stage alongside Gamez since 2021.
