UAAP: NU Lady Bulldogs open title defense quest vs DLSU Lady Spikers

Metro Manila, Philippines - The National University (NU) Lady Bulldogs will begin their title defense bid against the De La Salle University Lady Spikers on Sunday, Feb. 16, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

The Lady Bulldogs, led by reigning Most Valuable Player Bella Belen, will be seeking their third championship in four seasons.

Last season's runner-up University of Santo Tomas Golden Tigresses will clash with the Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws before host school University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons take on University of the East Lady Warriors on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the same venue.

Meanwhile, the Ateneo Blue Eagles will battle the Adamson University Lady Falcons before the NU-La Salle tussle on Sunday.

The finals rematch between NU and UST is scheduled for March 16 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
