Metro Manila, Philippines — EJ Obiena fell to No. 3 in the latest rankings released by the World Athletics on its website.

The 28-year-old previously held the second spot prior to competing in the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Obiena narrowly missed a podium finish in the Paris Olympics after landing at fourth place, clearing 5.90 meters.

Armand Duplantis, the current world record holder, retained his top spot followed by Paris Olympics silver medalist Sam Kendricks.

Greece's Emmanouil Karalis, who edges out Obiena for the bronze in the Paris Olympics, is at No. 4.
