Metro Manila, Philippines — Two House members running for Davao’s first congressional district have tested negative for drugs.

PBA party-list Rep. Migs Nograles shared her test result on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

“Results are in! Bukod po sa partial results ng US (United States) Election, andito na rin yung OFFICIAL results natin. Negative po tayo sa Hair Follicle drug test,” she posted on Facebook.

Davao 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte’s office announced his result on Nov. 5.

“This drug test result is significant as it reinforces Paolo Duterte’s claim of being drug-free amidst rumors and accusations surrounding political figures,” his office said in a statement.

Duterte and Nograles earlier dared each other to take a drug test to prove to their possible constituents that they are capable of serving them. They took the challenge on Oct. 23.
