Vice Ganda thanks Bini for ‘And the Breadwinner Is’ block screening

Metro Manila, Philippines – Vice Ganda, the "Unkabogable" star, expressed his gratitude to the nation’s girl group Bini for organizing a special block screening of his Metro Manila Film Festival entry, “And the Breadwinner Is.”

Bini members Maloi, Aiah, Mikha, and Jhoanna were visibly emotional after watching the film and were pleasantly surprised when Vice himself appeared to meet them following the screening.

When asked about her favorite scene from the movie, Jhoanna shared, “Ako, lahat po ng scene with parents, doon po talaga ako bumuhos, lalo na yung sa papa niya.”

[Translation: For me, all the scenes with parents were the most emotional, especially the one with his father.]

In a heartwarming message to the group, Vice told Bini that the group was able to bring joy to many breadwinners through its music.

“Maraming salamat din!!! Di ko alam ang mararamdaman ko kung magiging masaya ba ko o malulungkot nung nakita kong humahagulgol ka. Good thing nayakap ko kayo after. Love kayo ng Meme,” Vice shared in a separate post on X.
