Vice Ganda engages in drama in new ‘And the Breadwinner is…’ trailer

Metro Manila, Philippines – Box office comedian Vice Ganda is ready to showcase his dramatic chops on the big screen with the release of a new trailer for the “And the Breadwinner is….”

Vice plays the role of Bambi, an overseas Filipino worker who returns home, eagerly anticipating seeing the family dream house. But it was far from his expectations.

Bambi later agreed to fake his death after his family thought he was killed in an accident.

The film stars a powerhouse cast including veteran comedian Eugene Domingo, Joel Torre, Gladys Reyes, and Jhong Hilario.

It is helmed by award-winning director Jun Lana.

The movie also features SB19’s 2021 hit “Mapa” as the theme song.

“And the Breadwinner is…” marked Vice’s return to the annual Metro Manila Film Festival after his last entry in 2022.
